Product updates 12/31/22 See Description
New monitor mount now is made from black melamine. Mount no longer has the middle slots since these are not needing for dell monitors or tvs. This helps improves the structure of the mount to insure it's not getting broke during shipping.
Also we have now added pilot holes for easy mounting. We have also started using 3D printed washers & L brackets. We are printing them 95% infill with 9 walls to insure durability. Metal screws & bolts are still being included

Description
With our kit you are not stuck with a bezel that has a monitor built into the bezel frame. If your monitor ever dies you can easily swap your monitor out without having to buy an entire monitor upgrade kit again.
We built this kit to free you from the restrictions of having a smaller screen and the easy of replacement. With a Monitor built into the frame of your bezel you are stuck looking for a replacement that you won't find in the USA that has to fit into that bezel.
You will find most aftermarket cheap monitors are what we call bulk buys, washed out colors and prone to dying so even though these can be purchased new we recommend you free yourself of this hassle most of these panels are on par with the quality of gen 1 arcade1up factory monitors and won't last as long.
The Dell ultrasharp monitors are older but the panels exceed these bulk buy panels and the picture quality is way better then Arcade1up or any new overseas manufactured non name brand panel .
We strongly recommend that if you do this mod you go from 17" to 20". 19" is a OK but the 20" fills the entire screen and makes this upgrade really shine.
NOW available- New 20" bezels offered- These bezel fit into the factory slots. We have only tested pac-man , street fighter , space invaders the height of the bezel is 18.75 please double check your groove before ordering if you have gen 3. These should still work. With this option you won't be able to tilt your monitor

NO Refunds or exchanges on graphics. Bezel graphics are not installed unless you select installation, Bezel graphics can be a pain to install and are easy to mess up.
What monitors do we recommend? Most customers are using the ultra sharp Dell2007FPB monitors. These monitors can be purchased on Ebay or you may find some on amazon. You want to make sure the monitor you purchase will fit inside the Arcade1up. We don't recommend ANY widescreen models. Get the square old school monitors
You can also try facebook market place or craiglist. No monitor is included with this kit so you need to purchase one somewhere
Dell 2007fp monitor bezel is 16.25 x 12.25 inside outside 17.75W X 17.50H

Be sure double check measurements on your monitor screen before ordering. We have several different bezels make sure you order the correct one. We don't offer replacement bezels for wrong sizing.
If you need a vertical bezel ** Screen up and down ** we can do one for you select the custom bezel option and add in the notes vertical. Selecting this option adds an additional 2 to 3 weeks
If you do a 20" vertical bezel you may need to mount the bezel behind the marquee. Vertical kits have not been tested with gen 3 cabs

Bezel is made out of .25" MDF CNC . There's no mounting holes you you may need to Velcro bezel or use double side tape to the monitor bezel. This is just a frame

Refunds & Damage Claims
For refunds you must mail back the item to us in the original condition it was shipped to you undamaged. There's a 30% restocking fee for any returned merchandise. You have 14 days from the purchase date. Shipping & handling cost is nonrefundable.
No refunds or replacements on graphics.
Damage claims **** Please Read ****:
If you don't select shipping insurance and your item arrives damaged, It must be turned into the USPS inspection department for claim processing before a replacement is issued, this could take up to 30 days! We pack all items well, but damage can happen from the lack of care through the postal service.
If you select shipping insurance, you still need to turn the items in but instead of waiting for the claim to be settled we will send you a replacement after proof of return shipping.
Double check your monitor measurements before selecting bezel. If you don't see your size select the custom option. We only stock commonly used bezels there's an additional charge for custom bezel.
Horizontal = across this is similar to street fighter arcade1ups
Vertical = Up and down this is similar to a pac-man arcade1up
You can use any bezel you like, our kits work in all arcade1ups you just need to decide how you want to mount your monitor
No monitor is included.
