We can do custom bezel cuts but we strongly recommend going with 20" for shooter mod. Anything less is really not worth the upgrade on a shooter cabinet

Refunds & Damage Claims



For refunds after shipment you must mail back the item to us in the original condition it was shipped to you undamaged . There's a 35% restocking fee for any returned merchandise. You have 14 days from delivery date. Shipping & handling cost is non refundable.

Damage claims **** Please Read ****:



If you don't select shipping insurance and your item arrives damaged, It must be turned into the USPS inspection department for claim processing before a replacement is issued, This could take up to 30 days! We pack all items well but damage can happen from the lack of care through the postal service.



If you select shipping insurance you still need to turn the items in but instead of waiting for the claim to be settled we will send you a replacement after proof of return shipping.





There's NO Cancellation offered do not order if you plan on canceling. We are cutting based off orders we get.

Top tier communication from the team, as in I was contacted within a couple of hours of placing the order to ensure that the order was legitimate and was what I actually wanted. Once confirmed, there was constant communication throughout the process to update current progress, explain next steps, and to also explain the packing and shipping process. This included photo updates along the way, including one to show the cabinet being loaded onto a trailer for shipping.
Once the item was delivered, the team again reached out to ensure that there were no defects with the cabinet, and to field any questions that I may have had about the cabinet.
The product that arrived was of solid construction. The kit/skin/covering looked good and was well placed. Everything was mounted well, and all in working order. It even came with some replacement parts, just in case.

I had Tulsa Arcade build me a custom cabinet (Horror Arcade) and man.. these guys are absolutely awesome to work with. They're communication was by far the best I've ever had dealing with a company. They kept me in the loop 100% of the time and helped me design the graphics for it. If you're wanting a custom machine built that is just flawless then these are your guys! The shipping was super fast and I've never seen a product packaged as well as this machine was. You could have ran over it with a tank and not gotten a scratch on it! Awesome job guys!! Ordered a custom cabinet from Tulsa Arcades, the end product is amazing. Worth every penny. Had it shipped to Utah, no problem. JC was fantastic to work with. He answered all my questions before ordering to make sure I was making the right choice. He sent pictures along the way during the manufacturing process and asked questions to clarify as well. Once the product arrived he has been great to work with to make sure everything functions as I want. Customer service really is top notch. When it says the cabinet is built like a tank, it is. I purchased a custom arcade from Tulsa Arcades over 1 year ago. The owner was very upfront that it would take 6 weeks since it was custom and they had many orders. Tulsa Arcades finished up in the agreed upon time frame and since I am local I went over to pick it up. Everything has been great with the arcade for the last year. I have had no problems what so ever with the arcade machine, the games it runs, or any of the actual parts.
