You are responsible to insure you provide correct measurements. We will not replace , re cut.


You may order any custom bezel that does not exceed 18.50 in width & 18.50 in height. We have to fit this kit in a 20x 20 x 4 box.


You MUST provide measurements in decimals. Example 17.75 x 17.50 outside square inside 16.25 x 12.25


Failure to follow instructions will result in LONG LONG LONG shipping times and delays.


Custom bezels will take up to 2 to 6 weeks.

I had Tulsa Arcade build me a custom cabinet (Horror Arcade) and man.. these guys are absolutely awesome to work with. They're communication was by far the best I've ever had dealing with a company. They kept me in the loop 100% of the time and helped me design the graphics for it. If you're wanting a custom machine built that is just flawless then these are your guys! The shipping was super fast and I've never seen a product packaged as well as this machine was. You could have ran over it with a tank and not gotten a scratch on it! Awesome job guys!! Ordered a custom cabinet from Tulsa Arcades, the end product is amazing. Worth every penny. Had it shipped to Utah, no problem. JC was fantastic to work with. He answered all my questions before ordering to make sure I was making the right choice. He sent pictures along the way during the manufacturing process and asked questions to clarify as well. Once the product arrived he has been great to work with to make sure everything functions as I want. Customer service really is top notch. When it says the cabinet is built like a tank, it is. I purchased a custom arcade from Tulsa Arcades over 1 year ago. The owner was very upfront that it would take 6 weeks since it was custom and they had many orders. Tulsa Arcades finished up in the agreed upon time frame and since I am local I went over to pick it up. Everything has been great with the arcade for the last year. I have had no problems what so ever with the arcade machine, the games it runs, or any of the actual parts. My small kids love it and we regularly have an "arcade" night now where we all play together. Tulsa Arcades also makes sure that you are happy as a customer and takes care of things the right way.
