You will need to remove your old S panel from cab, this can easily be done without taking the entire cab apart. Loosen bolts & remove one side for the monitor brackets. DO NOT use power tools to install this product doing so will damage your Tron Side Panels

Refunds & Damage Claims



For refunds you must mail back the item to us in the original condition it was shipped to you undamaged. There's a 40% restocking fee for any returned merchandise. You have 14 days from the delivery date. Shipping & handling cost is nonrefundable.

If you don't select shipping insurance and your item arrives damaged rest assured its covered by FedEx regardless of if you select insurance.


However, you will have to wait 20 business days or longer for FedEx to resolve the claim. If you select Tulsa Arcades insurance, you will get a replacement in 5 to 10 days. All damaged items bust be turned into FedEx.

Top tier communication from the team, as in I was contacted within a couple of hours of placing the order to ensure that the order was legitimate and was what I actually wanted. Once confirmed, there was constant communication throughout the process to update current progress, explain next steps, and to also explain the packing and shipping process. This included photo updates along the way, including one to show the cabinet being loaded onto a trailer for shipping.
Once the item was delivered, the team again reached out to ensure that there were no defects with the cabinet, and to field any questions that I may have had about the cabinet.

They kept me in the loop 100% of the time and helped me design the graphics for it. If you're wanting a custom machine built that is just flawless then these are your guys! The shipping was super fast and I've never seen a product packaged as well as this machine was. You could have ran over it with a tank and not gotten a scratch on it! Awesome job guys!! Ordered a custom cabinet from Tulsa Arcades, the end product is amazing. Worth every penny. Had it shipped to Utah, no problem. JC was fantastic to work with. I purchased a custom arcade from Tulsa Arcades over 1 year ago. The owner was very upfront that it would take 6 weeks since it was custom and they had many orders. Tulsa Arcades finished up in the agreed upon time frame and since I am local I went over to pick it up. Everything has been great with the arcade for the last year. I have had no problems what so ever with the arcade machine, the games it runs, or any of the actual parts.
