We will do our best to get your order out asap however due to the HUGE demand during Black Friday you could be looking at 2 to 10 weeks. If you need your order before Christmas, we suggest you select order priority below at additional cost.
We should be able to get most orders delivered before Christmas regardless, but we can't guarantee anything. We normally average about 250 + orders during our Black Friday sale and get more orders than we can handle so wait times can be long.
To help insure we get orders out fast NO Custom cuts or requests are offered during Black Friday. If you request something custom, you will be sent what's advertised and your request will not happen

Damage Claims:
All packages shipped in the USA go out FedEx. Each order includes insurance. Should your items arrive damage. Please take pictures of the box and try and get good pictures of box and item. We will then file a claim with FedEx and after 20 days FedEx will resolve the claim. Then we will ship you a replacement damage part at no cost. FedEx sometimes will require the item for pickup so do not discard it.
If you select shipping insurance once claim is filed, we will send you out a replacement part so you're not waiting 20 days. We recommend this since it's a faster option.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds or returns on discounted sale items.
