If we do not have the panel you will need to mail in your panel to us be sure you include your order number and attach it to the panel and include all your contact information attached to the panel. DO NOT just put it in the box attach it to the panel.

Refunds
For refunds you must mail back the item to us in the original condition it was shipped to you undamaged . There's a 34% restocking fee for any returned merchandise. You have 14 days from the delivery date. Shipping cost is not refundable
