PC is powerful enough to play Dreamcast & games that you can't run on the pi 4 or android boxes. Also, the OS is more user friendly then pi 4. OS is batocera. It's the latest stable update, also additional themes and bezels have been downloaded. The image size is roughly 250gb



Is there a game list? Not really but this does have just about everything you could possibly want. All the classics + more

Do you offer cancelations?


NO due to rising cost of materials, labor shortages, most everything is ordered based off counts. If you place your order, we do not offer a cancellation. Be sure that you want to purchase this prior to buying we will not refund your order.


Tech Support Offered?


30 days basic tech support is offered on setup. We do not config track balls, spinners or flight sticks or digital marquees however this PC build is very easy to configure. If you want future updates & how to guides we suggest purchasing our life time membership if you want more tech support and how to guides


Warranty?


Since the PC is used, we do not warranty it. However, if you select the SSD there's a 1-year manufacture warranty since the drive is brand new. You will need go through the manufacture or send the drive in and let us go through the manufacture for you. We have sold a ton of these pcs and haven't had a bad one yet. Each PC goes through lots of testing and reconditioning and cleaning

Top tier communication from the team, as in I was contacted within a couple of hours of placing the order to ensure that the order was legitimate and was what I actually wanted. Once confirmed, there was constant communication throughout the process to update current progress, explain next steps, and to also explain the packing and shipping process. This included photo updates along the way, including one to show the cabinet being loaded onto a trailer for shipping.
Once the item was delivered, the team again reached out to ensure that there were no defects with the cabinet, and to field any questions that I may have had about the cabinet.

I had Tulsa Arcade build me a custom cabinet (Horror Arcade) and man.. these guys are absolutely awesome to work with. They're communication was by far the best I've ever had dealing with a company. They kept me in the loop 100% of the time and helped me design the graphics for it. If you're wanting a custom machine built that is just flawless then these are your guys! The shipping was super fast and I've never seen a product packaged as well as this machine was. You could have ran over it with a tank and not gotten a scratch on it! Awesome job guys!! Ordered a custom cabinet from Tulsa Arcades, the end product is amazing. Worth every penny. Had it shipped to Utah, no problem. JC was fantastic to work with. I purchased a custom arcade from Tulsa Arcades over 1 year ago. The owner was very upfront that it would take 6 weeks since it was custom and they had many orders. Tulsa Arcades finished up in the agreed upon time frame and since I am local I went over to pick it up. Everything has been great with the arcade for the last year. I have had no problems what so ever with the arcade machine, the games it runs, or any of the actual parts.
